Apple Bread Pudding
For all its hominess, an apple bread pudding complements a sweet, botrytized wine, including a great one. A good sweet wine is markedly sweet, and any dessert to go with it must be less sweet than the wine, so if you serve a sweet wine, leave out the caramel below.
